William "Bill" Kirkland, MBA, currently serves as the Business Manager at the University of South Carolina, overseeing fiscal management of grants and contracts since August 2022. With extensive experience in business operations, Bill has been the Business Operations Director at Bailey Fine Arts since 1999, significantly enhancing client enrollment and facilitating facility expansion. Previous roles include Business & Facilities Manager at South University, where Bill managed a $21 million budget and coordinated COVID-19 responses, along with various positions in financial services at Combined Insurance, AXA Advisors, and Primerica. Bill began their career in healthcare operations at Providence Hospitals and BlueChoice HealthPlan, where leadership and efficiency improvements were paramount.
