Larry Williams serves as the Director of Athletics at the University of San Francisco since September 2022. Previously, Larry held the position of Athletics Director at the University of Akron from September 2015 to June 2021, and served as Vice President and Director of Athletics at Marquette University between 2012 and 2013. Earlier in career, Larry was the Director of Licensing at the University of Notre Dame from 1999 to 2013 and Athletics Director at the University of Portland from 2004 to 2011. Larry's experience also includes roles as Executive Vice President of Sales at Equity Management Inc. and Associate Attorney at Baker & Daniels. Notably, Larry played as a professional athlete for various NFL franchises from 1985 to 1993. Larry holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Notre Dame.
