Ahmed Hammad currently serves as a Visiting Professor at Yamagata University and a Professor at the University of Sadat City, focusing on research related to foodborne pathogens through microbiological, molecular, and bioinformatic techniques. Previous roles include Visiting Professor at Hiroshima University, Postdoctoral Researcher at The George Washington University and The University of Texas at San Antonio, and Associate Professor at the University of Sadat City. Ahmed Hammad has an extensive academic background, holding a PhD in Food Microbiology and Molecular Biology from Hiroshima University, a Master's degree in Food Microbiology from the University of Sadat City, and a Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine from Alexandria University. Additionally, a Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Total Quality Management was obtained from The American University in Cairo.
