Richard Dayie is an experienced professional in the fields of enterprise and cyber risk management, IT service delivery, and technology operations. Currently serving as the Practice Lead for Enterprise and Cyber Risk at Fusion Legal & Consulting Service since January 2020, Richard also contributes to academia as a lecturer at the University of Professional Studies, Accra. Prior roles include Head of Technology Operations for the National ID Project at Margins Group and various positions at IBM, where responsibilities ranged from IT portfolio management to service transition. Richard's career began as a Transmission and Network Engineer at MTN Ghana, followed by a role as IT Service Delivery Manager at Newmont Corporation. Education credentials include a Certified qualification in Quantitative Risk Management from the International Institute of Professional Education and Research, a Master's degree in Information and Communication Technologies from Aalborg University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
