Marcus Johnson has over 15 years of experience in information technology and support roles. Currently serving as a Senior Local Support Provider at the University of Pennsylvania since August 2022, Marcus has previously held positions such as Application Support Engineer and Information Technology Specialist at Verisk from August 2020 to August 2022.
