Yuliya Borovskiy has a strong background in data analysis and report development within the healthcare industry. Yuliya started their career in 2007 as a Business Objects Developer at Interbay Funding, LLC, where they developed and maintained universes and created reports using Business Objects tools.

In 2008, Borovskiy joined UPHS as a Report and ETL Developer. In this role, they developed custom dashboards and reports for clinicians, researchers, and department administrators using Business Objects and Oracle BI tools. Yuliya also played a key role in data extraction, transformation, and load processes for the creation of a data warehouse. Additionally, they performed data cleansing, data mining, and built analytical front pages for storytelling purposes.

From 2015 to 2017, Borovskiy worked at the University of Pennsylvania Health System as a Senior Clinical Data Analyst and Report Developer. Here, they developed custom dashboards and reports for various stakeholders within the healthcare environment. Yuliya also took a leading role in developing complex reports. Borovskiy used IBM DataStage for data extraction, transformation, and loading, and was responsible for the design and support of data extracts and transfers.

Most recently, Borovskiy has been working at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System as a Lead Clinical Information Analyst since December 2017. Further details about their role in this position are not provided.

Yuliya Borovskiy received a Business and Financial Management Certificate from Fox School of Business at Temple University in 2011. Prior to that, they earned an MS in Business Management and Analysis from Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics in 1994. Yuliya also holds an additional MS degree from Kharkiv National Economic University, obtained in the same year. Yuliya has several certifications, including being a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance® in 2019 and acquiring other certifications related to data analysis and business management in previous years.
