Paolo Garbagna is an experienced professional with a diverse background in academia and business management. Since May 2022, Paolo has served as a Professor at Università degli Studi di Pavia, teaching Innovability and Circular Entrepreneurship within the International Business and Entrepreneurship program. Paolo's leadership roles include serving as the Sole Administrator at Icss Spa since June 1993, where a results-oriented approach to sales, purchase, and finance has been emphasized. Additionally, Paolo co-founded Ruster Italia in February 2020, focusing on the distribution of sporting goods, particularly for cross-training. Previous experience includes roles such as Board Member at Selpac Srl and Group CEO at L'indipendente, along with consulting positions at Andersen Consulting and editorial roles at Mondadori. Paolo holds a Master's degree in Management from Università Bocconi and completed high school at Istituto Leone XIII Milano.
