Kaitie Hess is an experienced social impact professional currently serving as a Social Impact Analyst at Protech Solutions, Inc., where the focus is on the Good Grid initiative to enhance social services delivery. Prior roles include Program Coordinator for the Center of Civic and Global Engagement at Widener University, where responsibilities encompassed advising civic engagement scholars and leading workshops. As an Impact Coordinator and Fellow with 12+, Kaitie strengthened community ties and developed programs for high school students.
