Juliana da Cunha Mota is a dedicated legal professional currently serving as a Research Assistant at the University of Oxford since March 2023, where involvement includes organizing the Price Media Law Moot Court Competition. Juliana has extensive experience as an associate lawyer and researcher at Dias Carneiro Advogados, focusing on data protection, technology, and intellectual property, as well as acting as a Legal Advisor at Idea Atlas. Teaching Assistant roles have been held at the Oxford Internet Institute, contributing to the MSc in Social Science of the Internet. Prior experience includes serving as a Moot Court Coach, legal positions at Autonomous and São Paulo's Criminal Court, and research internships concentrating on data protection and public policies. Juliana is pursuing a DPhil in Law at the University of Oxford, alongside additional postgraduate studies in International Law at USP, and has earned an LLM from the University of Cambridge.
