Shelby Carroll is an experienced development professional with a strong background in higher education fundraising. Currently serving as Senior Regional Director for the Southwest at the University of Notre Dame since July 2018, Shelby has also held roles as Director of the Cavanaugh Council and President’s Circle. Prior experience includes positions as Associate Director and Assistant Director within the same council at Notre Dame from August 2014 to January 2018, and as Major Gifts Development Officer at Grinnell College from May 2013 to July 2014, where Shelby focused on soliciting significant donations. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Grinnell College and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
