Earlier career stages involved positions at Boston University as an Employment Specialist, recruiting for diverse academic and administrative roles, and at Robert Half International as an Account Executive, specializing in IT recruitment. Matthew began a professional journey at Accenture as a Senior Consultant, leading a team and ensuring client satisfaction. Matthew holds a BS in Economics from the University of Kentucky, earned between 1995 and 1999.
