Jacquelyn Copeland has been with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill since September 1996 and currently holds the position of Associate Provost and Director. With extensive experience in financial aid counseling and aid processing, Jacquelyn is committed to student access and affordability. Jacquelyn is skilled in interpreting federal financial aid regulations, developing training documents, conducting training sessions, and utilizing creative conflict resolution techniques. Jacquelyn's educational background includes a Master of Science in Leadership from Pfeiffer University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
