Eric Maribojoc serves as a Professor of the Practice and Associate Director for the Affordable Housing Initiative at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where the MBA Real Estate program is recognized for its focus on practical learning in real estate. Prior to this, Eric held notable positions within the Fairfax County Government as a Board Member of the Board of Zoning Appeals and as a Commissioner for the Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority. Eric also contributed to academia as Executive Director of the Center for Real Estate Entrepreneurship at George Mason University and as a part-time professor at the Kogod School of Business, American University. Eric's extensive professional experience includes leadership roles in acquisitions and asset management at Professors Capital and Pacific Western Mortgage and Investment Company, as well as a foundational role in international public financing for the Government of the Philippines. Educational achievements include an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ateneo de Manila University.
