Nancy Biggio serves as the Associate Vice President of the Graduate School at the University of New Orleans since July 2021, focusing on strategic planning, project management, and compliance in graduate education. Prior to this role, Nancy held various positions at Samford University from August 1999 to June 2021, including Associate Provost for Student Success and Institutional Research, where supervision of multiple academic support centers and collaboration on student recruitment and retention were key responsibilities. Nancy's academic career also includes experience as a faculty member in Political Science, with courses spanning from Introduction to Political Science to Terrorism, at several institutions, including Birmingham-Southern College and the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Nancy holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Alabama and is currently enrolled in a leadership program at Harvard Graduate School of Education.
