Randal Thompson has extensive experience in sales leadership and revenue generation across multiple sectors, currently serving on the Board of Governors at the University of New Haven since September 2019. Previously, Randal held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Evolve IP from October 2020 to April 2024 and worked as Executive in Residence at Great Hill Partners for a brief period in 2020. As Chief Sales Officer at Symmetryâ„¢ from 2015 to 2019, Randal contributed to customer-focused solutions in applications management and cloud hosting. Randal also served as Chief Sales Officer at Latisys from 2011 to 2015, leading a national sales team recognized by Forbes. In a significant role as Senior Vice President - Global Sales at Internap Network Services, Randal managed sales operations and a large team supporting substantial annual revenue. Early in the career, Randal excelled at MCI Corporation, where leadership of a major sales organization generated impressive revenue figures and earned recognition for exceptional performance. Randal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of New Haven.
