Dermot Pogson is an accomplished professional in sports media, marketing, and event operations, currently serving as a HuskerVision Team Member at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Athletic Department since August 2023. Pogson has experience as a broadcaster for 90.3 KRNU, specializing as a color analyst for state athletic finals, and has contributed as a camera operator for the Lincoln Stars, actively participating in live event production. A former marketing intern at the Nebraska Cancer Coalition, Pogson developed key marketing materials and graphic designs for health campaigns. Leadership skills were demonstrated as Recruitment Chairman for Pi Kappa Alpha International Fraternity, successfully managing significant recruitment efforts and budgets. Currently pursuing dual degrees in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Journalism in Sports Media and Communications at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Pogson has built a diverse skill set that bridges sports, marketing, and media production.
