Akkouri Nacer, PhD, serves as a Visiting Researcher at the University of Mississippi and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University, focusing on asphalt concrete pavement engineering, particularly in repair, self-healing technologies, and fatigue testing. Prior experience includes a postdoctoral research role at Fondation MAScIR and as an R&D engineer and Project Manager at the Centre Technique de Plasturgie et de Caoutchouc. Akkouri has also held visiting PhD status at LABORATOIRE PUBLIC D'ESSAIS ET D'ETUDES, provided technical assistance at the Ministère de l’Equipement, du Transport, de la Logistique et de l’Eau, and worked as a site supervisor at SEFIANI SARL, overseeing various civil engineering projects. Akkouri earned a Ph.D. in civil engineering and environment from Mohammadia School of Engineers.
