Jiahong Min is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in aerodynamics and mechanical systems integration, currently serving as the Lead Aerodynamics Engineer for the University of Michigan Solar Car Team since April 2016. In this role, Jiahong Min has effectively utilized computer-aided design (CAD) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to enhance aerodynamics design and optimize performance through advanced methods such as Response Surface Method. Previously, as a Race Mechanical Engineer from April to November 2015, Jiahong Min contributed to the structural design and manufacturing processes, achieving early completion of the vehicle. Jiahong Min holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Michigan, as well as an Associate's degree in Engineering from Green River College.
