Paulo Bianchi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Paulo started their career at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney as a Vice President in the Private Client Group. After that, they worked at PNC Bank as an Inside Sales Representative. Paulo then transitioned to BISSELL Homecare, Inc. where they held a role in International Supply Chain. Following this, they joined PRGX Global Inc. as an Audit Team Lead. Currently, they are working at University of Michigan Health-West as the Head of Contract Administration.

Paulo Bianchi completed their first year of law school at Thomas M. Cooley Law School from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business with a minor in French from Pepperdine University between 1995 and 1999. Additionally, they have a certification in LEAN Applications in Healthcare, although the institution and specific date of acquisition are unknown.
