Erica Botka, SHRM-SCP, has amassed extensive experience in talent development and human resources over two decades. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Talent Development and HR at the University of Michigan Credit Union since March 2012, Erica has led the design and implementation of innovative talent acquisition and development programs. Previously, Erica held roles at Arbor Networks as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, at Prodigy Group as a Recruiter/Human Resources Representative, and at Quicken Loans as a Recruiting Coordinator. Erica earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Purdue University.
