Spencer Cowley currently serves as a Soccer Video Analyst for the University of Michigan Athletics, where responsibilities include analyzing opposition game footage and creating tactical breakdowns for the team, along with preparing detailed PowerPoint presentations for pregame assessments. Previously, Spencer worked as a Peer Advisor at Loyola University Chicago, assisting over 40 freshmen students in their transition to college life and leading a guidance class. In addition, Spencer held the role of Lead Head Coach at The Headfirst Companies, where collaboration with a team of coaches facilitated the skill development of over 150 young athletes, focusing on both soccer skills and fostering a passion for the sport. Spencer is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management at the University of Michigan, building upon a prior degree in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago.
