Ben Cislo currently serves as the Women's Soccer Student Manager for University of Michigan Athletics, where responsibilities include executing training plans and assisting in goalkeeper training. With extensive experience as a Soccer Referee for the U.S. Soccer Federation since 2016, Ben has also worked as a Golf Operations Intern at Radrick Farms Golf Course, focusing on customer service and event management. Previous roles include an Operations/Graphics Intern at Michigan State Youth Soccer Association, where logistics for large tournaments were managed, and a position at Budd’s General Contracting providing lawn care services. Ben is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Sport Management at the University of Michigan, expected to graduate in 2026, following education at Milan High School.
