Guillaume Andrieu is a distinguished academic in the field of finance, currently serving as the Head of the Finance and Accounting Department at Montpellier Business School since January 2009, where roles include Full Professor of Finance and Associate Professor of Finance, teaching subjects such as Corporate Finance and Financial Diagnosis. Additionally, Guillaume Andrieu is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the University of Messina and an external member of the PhD faculty in Economics, Management, and Statistics. Previous positions include Vice-director of the MRM Finance research group at the University of Montpellier, as well as Professor and Research Assistant at Université Toulouse 1 Capitole. Educational qualifications comprise a PhD in Management - Finance and a Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, complemented by participation in the International Teachers Programme at INSEAD.
