Brian Wight has extensive experience in technical and network management, currently serving as the Technical Lead at the University of Maine at Farmington since April 2019. Wight has held the position of Manager of Networks and Systems at the same institution since August 2003, overseeing the support of Windows and Linux servers, along with management of the Symantec Endpoint Server and various endpoints. Previous roles include Technology Support Specialist at the University of Maine at Farmington, providing support for Windows and Apple clients, and repairing printers and custom equipment. Additionally, Wight worked as a Software Analyst at DeLorme from 1996 to 2002 and served as an Engineering Technician at Digital Equipment Company from January 1981 to May 1995. Wight holds an Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology from Central Maine Community College, earned between 1979 and 1981.
