Jerzy S. Czarnecki is a distinguished academic with extensive experience in teaching and research in the fields of organization theory, management, and international business. Currently a faculty member at the University of Lodz since October 1972, Jerzy Czarnecki covers subjects such as Organization Theory and Design, Organization Development, and International Management. Formerly, as a Senior Lecturer at the University of New Brunswick from August 1990 to June 1991, emphasis was placed on topics related to organization theory and management in Eastern Europe. Jerzy Czarnecki holds a Doctorate in Economics, Management, and Management Information Systems from the University of Lodz, complemented by a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management. Research focus includes intellectual modelling and simulations, particularly in virtual organizations.
