Suzanne Hanrahan has over 30 years of experience in IT support and operations, currently serving as the Manager of End User Support at the University of Leicester since May 2008, after previously holding the position of Manager of Second Line Support. Prior to this, Suzanne worked as a Computer Operator and Trainee Computer Operator at the University of Leicester from June 1990 to May 1993, where training included operational support for VAX/VMS mainframes and academic users. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Social Sciences from the University of Wolverhampton, completed in 1986.
