Adam Karolia is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and desktop support roles. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at the University of Leicester since September 2015, Adam is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for deploying and supporting user devices, including both University and personally owned devices.
