Sanita Å aitere serves as an HR Project Manager at Riga International Airport since February 2008, where responsibilities include designing workplace policies, managing performance assessments, and overseeing recruitment processes. In addition, Sanita holds dual roles as an Assistant Professor and Lecturer at the University of Latvia since September 2013, teaching subjects related to Social Psychology and Organizational Psychology, while also supervising internships and theses. As a member of the Board for the Latvian Society of Organizational Psychology since 2013, Sanita contributes to the professional community by organizing workshops and conferences for members. Sanita holds a Master's degree and a Doctorate in psychology, specializing in Social and Organizational Psychology from Latvijas Universitate.
