Kirk Phillips serves as the Director of Biomedical and Health Informatics Development at the University of Iowa Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver College of Medicine since August 2020, focusing on supporting data strategies in healthcare improvement initiatives. Additionally, Phillips has been an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Iowa since September 2006, teaching graduate-level courses in Public Health Informatics and Health Care Management.
