Kathryn Kleeman has extensive experience in admissions, currently serving as the Director of Admissions at the University of Illinois Springfield since March 2000, where responsibilities include managing the Office of Admission, overseeing budgetary decisions, programming, training, and strategic planning. Previous roles at the same institution include Interim Director of Admission and Assistant Director of Admissions, where responsibilities involved supervising staff and managing recruitment processes. Kathryn began their career as an Admissions Counselor at both the University of Illinois Springfield and Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College, focusing on communication with prospective students and managing assigned territories. Kathryn holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Illinois Springfield and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Indiana State University. Additionally, Kathryn completed the Leadership Springfield program in 2014.
