Heather Hathaway Miranda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, public speaking, and racial healing practices. As the Founder, Consultant, and Speaker at Hathaway Miranda LLC since December 2019, Heather specializes in diversity, equity, and inclusion, offering workshops and motivational speaking engagements. In addition, Heather serves as the Senior Advisor for Strategic Operations at R.Evolución Latina and functions as a Racial Healing Practitioner for Truth, Racial Healing, & Transformation Greater Chicago. Heather’s volunteering as a motivational speaker for Family Shelter Service showcases a commitment to community service. With a strong educational background, including an MA in Child Development and a BA in Spanish from Michigan State University and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign respectively, Heather is actively pursuing a PhD in Policy Studies in Urban Education.
