Michael Bivens is a Web Technician at the University of Idaho, contributing to web management and digital engagement since December 2022. Previously, Michael served as an Administrative Specialist II, effectively managing the College of Law's website and designing a bi-weekly academic success newsletter. As a self-employed Project Manager and Full Stack Web Developer, Michael developed an MVP and a decentralized application using web3 technologies. Additional roles include Developer Advocate at BuildBear, where Michael authored user guides and participated in beta testing, as well as a Developer in Training at Coding Dojo, completing an intensive software development boot camp. Michael's experience also encompasses co-ownership of Bullseye Contracting LLC, a Student Success Center Internship at UT Health San Antonio, a Graduate Assistant position at Texas State University, and various roles in fraternity and sorority life at the University of Idaho. Currently pursuing a B.S. in Software Engineering at Lewis-Clark State College, Michael holds a B.S. in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Idaho.
