Stephen Dale currently serves as the Director of Campus Innovation at De Montfort University since March 2024. Prior to this role, Stephen held the position of Director of Estates and Facilities at The University of Hull starting in April 2018. Stephen's extensive experience in estate and facilities management includes roles such as Deputy Director of Estates and Facilities and Head of Estates and Facilities at Humber NHS Foundation Trust from January 2010 to April 2018. Additionally, Stephen was Capital Programme Manager at NHS East Riding of Yorkshire and Capital Projects Manager at Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust. Stephen began a career at BAE Systems, serving as Flight Systems Engineer and Aircraft Fitter.
