Jason Bauman has extensive experience in athletics facilities management and game operations. Jason currently holds the position of Associate Athletics Director - Facilities Management and Game Operations at the University of Houston Athletics. Prior to this, they served as an Associate Athletics Director at the University of Virginia for over 25 years, where they were responsible for coordinating operations and game management for a 27-sport Division I athletics program and managing a facilities portfolio of approximately 1 million square feet. Jason also represented the athletics department on capital and non-capital projects. Before joining the University of Virginia, Jason worked as an Athletics Facilities Coordinator at the University of Kentucky.

Jason Bauman earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Education from Buena Vista University in the years 1986 to 1990. Jason further pursued higher education at Western Illinois University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Sports Management during the period of 1990 to 1991.
