Christopher Lanchbery currently serves as the Head of Oracle Product and HR Systems Manager at the University of Greenwich, where responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM, managing system updates, and providing escalation support for troubleshooting. Prior to this, Christopher held the position of Human Resources System Manager at the University of Roehampton, focusing on the development of integrated HR and payroll systems and initiatives for onboarding and paperless forms. Earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Information System Analyst at Kingston University, where responsibilities encompassed administration of HR and payroll systems, reporting, and systems development.
