Jana Woodiwiss, LMSW, is a dedicated professional in the field of social work with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Georgia since August 2020, Jana has also contributed as a Consultant for the Child Welfare League of America and as an Assessment Coordinator at Georgia Cares. Previous positions include roles at the Carl Vinson Institute of Government and Crystal Adoptions Inc., where Jana held research and adoption specialist roles, respectively. With a solid background in medical case management and program management at Positive Impact Health Centers and FusionHealth, Jana has developed a comprehensive skill set. Education includes a PhD in Social Work (in progress) and a Master of Clinical Social Work from The University of Georgia, alongside a Bachelor of Social Work from Georgia State University.
