Nicole Polen-Petit, Ph.D., is the Dean of the School of Arts, Letters, and Sciences at National University, where they have served since 2010. With over 25 years of experience in higher education, they have held various roles including Associate Dean and Associate Professor of Psychology at the same institution. Their scholarship focuses on qualitative methodology in research, human sexuality, and sexual and gender identity. They previously worked as a Director of Training at River Oak Center for Children and taught at the University of California, Davis. They are currently enrolled in the Professional Development Program in Women in Educational Leadership at Harvard Graduate School of Education.
