Javier Martin is an experienced football coach and educator with a diverse background in teaching and coaching at various levels. Currently serving as Head Football Coach at the University of Exeter since December 2020, Javier focuses on developing the Men’s 1st team within top university leagues while emphasizing the student-athlete experience. In addition to coaching, Javier teaches Spanish at Bideford College and works as an Assessment Associate with Pearson. Previous roles include Head Coach at Clyst Valley FC and the Elite Football Camp International, alongside teaching Spanish and Physical Education at Bramdean School. Javier's coaching experience extends internationally, including a position with FC Barcelona and mentoring through The Football Association. Javier holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise, a Master of Science in Physical Activity and Quality of Life, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education.
