Erika Denton serves as a Healthcare Consultant at RUPEKA LIMITED since May 2016, providing strategic advice within the healthcare sector. Concurrently, Erika has been a Radiology Advisor and Honorary Senior Research Fellow at the University of Salford, collaborating on breast imaging research, for which an Honorary Doctorate of Science was awarded in 2015. As an Honorary Senior Lecturer and subsequently Professor of Radiology at the University of East Anglia, Erika focuses on healthcare policy and diagnostic service delivery, while educating medical students and radiologists. In clinical practice, Erika is a Consultant Radiologist at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, specializing in breast imaging, and holds leadership roles as Medical Director and Associate Medical Director, contributing to strategic development and workforce planning. Additionally, Erika provided insights as a Senior Advisor for the Care Quality Commission from July 2016 to June 2018, focusing on the evaluation of diagnostic services.
