Kenneth Rates, MHSA, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Operations for McLaren Health Care, overseeing multiple ambulatory sites and enhancing financial performance and service quality. Additionally, Kenneth holds an adjunct faculty position at the University of Detroit Mercy, teaching courses in Health Services Administration. Previous experience includes roles at Michigan Medicine, where leadership was provided in managing the operational and financial objectives of Urology and Surgical Services clinics, and at McAuley Health Center, where significant revenue growth and operational improvements were achieved. Educational credentials include an MBA and a Master's in Health Services Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy, along with a B.S. in Business Administration and various associate degrees from Franklin University and Henry Ford College.
