Troy Wilford is an experienced professional in the fields of commercialization and business development, currently serving as the Director of Commercialization Programs at the University of Delaware since May 2023. Prior roles include Health Investment Group Consultant at Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern Pennsylvania and Partner of Life Sciences at Sheer Venture Solutions. As the founder and principal of Keystone Life Sciences, Troy provides commercialization expertise across various life science sectors. Additional experience includes serving as the Director of Commercialization Solutions at the University City Science Center, a member of the Advisory Board for the Life Science Consulting Alliance, and performing business development roles at Celling Biosciences, Stryker Spine, Stryker Orthobiologics, and DePuy Spine - Johnson & Johnson. Troy holds an MBA in Business Administration from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University, along with studies at Carnegie Mellon University.
