Tory McHugh serves as the Senior Associate Director at the Center for Excellence and Equity in Teacher Preparation at the University of Delaware since 2016, with previous roles including Academic Advisor, Certification Officer, and Academic Support Coordinator. Prior experience includes working as a Software Engineer at Area Technology, where Tory contributed as a subject matter expert in social media promotions, and as a Teacher of Mathematics in Delaware Public Schools. Tory also held positions as a Programmer Analyst and Java Developer at the University of Delaware and CSC, respectively, and began a career as a Java Developer at Promotions.com. Tory holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences, both from the University of Delaware.
