Rodney Morrison currently serves as the Vice President for Enrollment Management at the University of Delaware, a position held since September 2019, overseeing Admissions, Financial Aid, and the Registrar's Offices. Previously, Morrison held several key roles in enrollment and retention management, including Associate Provost at Stony Brook University and Associate Chancellor at Rutgers University Camden Campus, where responsibilities included directing recruitment, admissions, and financial aid. Other notable positions include Director of Admissions at Mount Saint Mary College and Vice President of Global Diversity Recruiting at Lehman Brothers. Morrison began education at the University of Rochester, obtaining degrees in History, Marketing, and Education, and has extensive experience in multicultural recruitment and enrollment management.
