Chrissi Rawak is the Director of Athletics & Recreation Services at the University of Delaware since June 2016. Prior to this role, Rawak served at the University of Michigan in various capacities, including Executive Senior Associate Athletic Director, Senior Associate Athletic Director for Development, and Assistant Vice President for Talent Management and Development Operations from February 2004 to June 2016. Earlier career experience includes serving as the Director of Personnel and Business Resources at Northwestern University from 1997 to 2003 and as the Assistant Women's Swimming Coach at the University of Michigan from September 1992 to August 1997. Rawak holds a Master of Science in Communications from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Communication from the University of Michigan.
