Lindsay Chapman currently serves as General Counsel at the University of Central Missouri since July 2018, following a tenure as Senior Counsel at Husch Blackwell from July 2016 to June 2018, where involvement included serving on campus through an outside general counsel contract. Prior experience includes being Senior Assistant General Counsel at Kansas State University from January 2010 to July 2016, as well as earlier roles at Husch Blackwell as an Associate Attorney and at U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois as a Law Clerk for Judge William D. Stiehl. Initial legal experience began at Diekemper Hammond Shinners Turcotte & Larrew, P.C. as a Law Clerk and later as an Associate Attorney. Lindsay Chapman holds a Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law and a Bachelor's of Science in Human Resources Management & Industrial Labor Relations from Kansas State University, along with a Certificate in European Union Law from Université libre de Bruxelles.
