Karlee Theodore is an experienced IT Client Support Specialist II at the University of Central Florida since February 2019, responsible for client education and meeting various performance metrics. In addition to this role, Karlee has been a Sales Engineer Intern at Careerist since April 2023, focusing on customer engagement and proposal development. Previously, Karlee served as a Game Producer/Business Analyst at Trixelbit Arcade, where responsibilities included acting as a liaison between development staff and upper management while managing schedules and budgets. Earlier experience includes a role as a Student Assistant at Palm Beach State College, overseeing activity records and updates, and as a Sales Associate at World Beauty Supply Clothing & More, where customer interactions and product promotions were key tasks. Karlee is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of Central Florida and completed Sales Engineering Training through Careerist in March 2023.
