Rebecca Brown Dawson is an experienced Graduate Program Manager in Bioinformatics and Biophysics at the University of California, San Francisco, with a tenure beginning in September 2014. Prior to this role, Rebecca managed the Biophysics graduate program at UCSF from 2006 to 2014 and served as a Student Affairs Officer at UC Berkeley from 2004 to 2006. Earlier career experience includes working as a Retention Specialist for training programs at JVS from July 2000 to June 2002. Rebecca holds a Master of Science degree in Counseling from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Education from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
