Wesley Mallette currently serves as the Director of Intercollegiate Athletics at the University of California, Riverside since March 2018, overseeing the Division I Athletics Program and managing multiple committees. Prior to this role, Wesley held positions such as Chief of Staff and Senior Associate Athletics Director at UC Riverside, and Vice President of Communications at Pac-12 Networks. Additional experience includes roles as Associate Athletics Director at Cal Athletics, Consultant at Comment Communications focusing on crisis and brand management, and Director of Events & PR at Carol H. Williams Advertising. Wesley's extensive background in corporate communications includes working with Viacom, L Brands, BET Networks, and Ketchum Public Relations. Wesley earned a B.A. in Communications from James Madison University and an M.A. in Journalism from the University of Maryland.
