Jasmina Nikolic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience across various roles in education, consulting, and entrepreneurship. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Agile Humans since December 2018, Jasmina has also served as a Barrett Model Consultant at Barrett Values Centre and a Senior University Lecturer at the University of Belgrade. This academic institution has been a central part of Jasmina's career since October 1998, including roles as Project Coordinator for Reforming Foreign Language Studies in Serbia and Teaching Assistant. Previously, Jasmina held the position of Vice President for the Higher Education Reform Experts Team under the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development and founded Jazillify, focusing on Agile Organisation Development. Jasmina's educational background includes a PhD in Cultural Anthropology and certifications in Agile Management from the Scrum Alliance, along with degrees in South Slavic & Spanish Oral Traditions and Educational Policies.
