Stefan Kucher, MBA, serves as Director of Operational Services at AFRY since April 2019 and has extensive experience in operational excellence, having held key leadership roles at Pöyry since December 2012, including Head of Operational Excellence Europe. Kucher has spearheaded numerous international projects, resulting in significant savings and improvements across various industries, particularly in the pulp and paper sector. Additionally, Kucher has contributed to strategy development, post-merger integration, and business development across Europe and Asia. Kucher also lectures at the University for Applied Science Wiener Neustadt. Previous roles include Commercial Director at Mondi AG and Managing Director at Advance Consult. Kucher holds multiple MBA degrees and a Master's degree in European Economy and Management.
